Grace S. Nathan Advocates & Solicitors is a small, growing firm with a startup pace and a litigation mindset. We handle serious criminal matters, corporate regulatory work, and fintech advisory.

What We’re Looking For:
Hustler mindset;
2-4 years PQE;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Strong written and verbal advocacy skills;
Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin speaking would be a plus
Independent, disciplined, and able to handle working under pressure; and
Candidates with demonstrable interest in technology law, financial technology as well as criminal advisory and defence are preferred.
What You’ll Do:
Manage files and clients independently.
Technology:
- Licensing and regulatory applications and issues involving Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), and KPKT/CCOB;
- Advising and writing opinions on how to structure and operate FinTech local and foreign business models within the Malaysian legal and regulatory framework;
Criminal:
- Appear in court independently or with the Founder for applications, hearings, trials and appeals;
- Liaise with law enforcement, regulators, embassies, NGOs; and
- Be involved in advisory, strategy, drafting, court room advocacy, and client representation from start to finish.
