About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented lawyer with 2-3 years of PQE to join our legal team in Anantapur. The candidate will play a critical role in handling land leasing and purchase transactions, ensuring
legal compliance
, and liaising with local stakeholders. Fluency in Telugu and English is essential to facilitate smooth
communication
and drafting.
Key Indicative Responsibilities:
1. Land Leasing and Purchase Transactions:
• Draft, review, and negotiate land lease and sale agreements.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including title verification, ownership checks, and review of legal documentation.
• Handle end-to-end processes for both leasing and purchase, ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Compliance and Legal Advisory:
• Provide legal advice on land acquisition and leasing matters, including
risk assessment
and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and policies governing land transactions.
3. Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with landowners, brokers, local authorities, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Address and resolve disputes or challenges arising during leasing or purchase negotiations.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare detailed legal opinions, transaction summaries, and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of all legal documents and correspondence related to land leasing and purchase.
