Job Description
- Associate with 1 to 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- Non-contentious work on projects involving high‑tech manufacturing (including semiconductor fabs and data centers), energy (including new energy), oil and gas, utilities, technology assets, infrastructure development, construction and engineering
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum qualification of Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- At least 1 year of experience in projects, energy, oil and gas, infrastructure and/or construction contracts.
- Strong drafting and reviewing skills for project documentation, commercial agreements, and procurement contracts.
- Must be able to work independently, be highly motivated and organized
- Must be dedicated, driven and committed to completing assignments as required and on time
- Must have a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and excel in a collaborative team environment
- Must be a pragmatic problem solver with sound judgment
- Having commercial acumen and sound legal knowledge will be an advantage
- Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin will be an advantage
- A sense of humour and collegiality are valued
