Role Overview
Files corporate reportorial requirements and renewal of corporate licenses at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
Obtains specific data and certification of corporate documents at the designated government agency
Files and submits tax forms and facilitates payment of real estate properties
Processes corporate amendments, new corporations, articles of incorporation, increase in capital stock and certificate of Good Standing at the SEC
Performs liaison work / physical filing of legal documents/networking in trial appellate courts, government agencies, local government units and other agencies
Qualifications
Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Legal Admin
Good written and oral English communication skills, ability to build strong working relationships, ability to build good personnel relations
