LL.B. from a reputed university.

Experience:
3-6 years of experience in contract drafting, commercial transactions, and intellectual property management with a leading law firm or in-house or combination of both.
Skills:
o Strong expertise in contract law, transactional law, and IPR regulations.
o Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
o Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
o Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
