Draftand review legal documents contracts andagreements.
Manage physical and digitalarchiving of documents records and reports including maintainingdatabases and files.
Review and organize oldfiles and documents.
Oversee dailyadministrative functions prioritize tasks and ensure followups areconducted as needed.
Conduct due diligence oncontracts and business agreements.
Performlegal and factual research.
Monitor and ensurecompliance with updated local and federal laws andregulations.
Organize and analyze legalinformation.
Handle transactions withauthorities including MOA updates and secretaryamendments.
Prepare correspondence resolutionsand minutes of meetings.
Organize and trackcase files and coordinate law officeactivities.
Assist in managing multiple casesand provide related support.
Coordinatedocument translations and attestations asrequired.
Process thirdparty and vendorinvoices.
Collaborate with other businessfunctions as needed.
Prepare and manage regularlegal summaries and reports.
Provide generalsupport for the smooth operations of the legaldepartment.
Qualifications:
Education:
Law Graduate Diploma or relevant lawdegree.
Experience:
Minimum of 34 years of experience preferably in inhousecorporate roles. Previous legal experiencein Pakistan ismandatory.
Expertise in Pakistans legal frameworks regulatory practices and documentationprocesses. The position requires indepth knowledge of the Pakistanlegal and administrative systems along with handson experiencecoordinating with authorities and stakeholders in Pakistan. Thisensures effective execution of responsibilities related tocompliance and legal documentation specific to Pakistan.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of local and federal laws in the Middle East and Pakistan.
Language:
Proficiency in spoken and written English (Arabic is anadvantage).Candidates should be currentlybased in UAE.The role involves frequent travelto
Pakistan.
