Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Associate based in Ajah-Lekki axis. The Legal Associate will be responsible for litigation, drafting legal documents, providing advice on legal issues, conducting legal research, and supporting litigation and dispute resolution cases. The role requires close collaboration with clients and team members to deliver effective legal solutions.
Qualifications
- Must have been called to bar with a least 1-3 years litigation experience.
- Proficiency in Law and extensive knowledge of legal principles and practices
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and the ability to draft clear and accurate legal documents
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate legal matters and develop effective strategies
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with team members
- Adept in handling diverse Legal Issues, including litigation and dispute resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and admission to the Bar in a recognized jurisdiction
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in corporate governance or energy law is an added advantage
