Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Legal Associate role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, analyzing complex legal issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role also includes advising clients, drafting contracts, and providing support in litigation or corporate legal matters, as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and a strong understanding of Legal Issues
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and drafting contracts
- Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize deadlines effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
- Admission to the Malaysian Bar, or equivalent qualification, is an advantage
- Experience in corporate law or litigation is a plus
