Understanding clients requirement for Project Management Consultant and accordingly issue them Expression of Interest
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to project management, consultancy agreements, and construction-related documentation (such as development agreements, contractor agreements, MOUs, JV agreements, etc.).
Ensure that all project contracts are legally sound and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations and co-ordinate with the concerned project legal consultants / solicitors
Provide legal advice to the project management team to ensure compliance with industry regulations and laws governing construction, real estate, and project management.
Identify potential legal risks in project execution and propose mitigation strategies.
Liaise with external legal counsel when required for specific project-related legal matters
Deemed Conveyance & Redevelopment Legal Advisory -Ensure all statutory documentation for society redevelopment projects are in place, including obtaining necessary approvals and managing third-party interventions.
Maintain all legal records, contracts, and documentation related to the projects and consultancy.
Ensure proper archiving of important legal documents and timely renewals of licenses and contracts.
Drafting of Minutes of Meetings & Agendas.
Support the company in general corporate legal matters, including company secretarial duties, intellectual property management, and employment law compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized law school.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in real estate or construction law, preferably in a project management or consultancy environment.
Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Effective communication and client-handling skills.
Location: Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
