Primary Job Role :
Legal associates will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the company’s operations. They will work closely with the Legal Manager and other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and also will provide guidance and training to other departments as needed.
Job Description :
Monitor changes in laws and regulations that affect the company’s operations, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and training to other departments on legal and regulatory requirements.
Respond to legal and regulatory inquiries and requests for information.
Maintain accurate records of all legal activities and reporting.
Keeping and storing any legal documents in the Legal Department’s Database.
Reviewing any legal agreements with third parties.
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in legal in the financial industry or law firm.
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to the financial industry.
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Good logical thinking
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
