We are looking for a motivated lawyer with 1 to 3 years’ post qualification experience to undertake primarily mergers & acquisitions (both public & private), capital markets (pre-IPO, IPO, RTO, rights & warrants issue, placement, corporate actions and regulatory compliance), private equity, China-related transactions, general corporate and corporate secretarial work (for both listed and private limited companies). Candidates admitted to practise in a common law jurisdiction with strong Chinese language skills and prior experience in the aforesaid practice areas will be advantageous.
