Responsibilities
- Advise on renewable energy and infrastructure projects, including solar and power developments
- Draft, review, and negotiate EPCC/EPC contracts, PPAs/VPPAs, and joint venture agreements
- Support project financing, land matters, and regulatory compliance
- Manage construction and commercial disputes, including CIPAA adjudication, arbitration, and litigation
- Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders on high-value claims and risk management
- Provide legal support on cross-border investments and regional project development
Requirements & Background
- 4–7 years PQE with experience in construction, infrastructure, or energy projects
- Strong exposure to dispute resolution (CIPAA, arbitration, litigation)
- Experience in renewable energy or power sector is an advantage
- Solid contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Exposure to cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters preferred
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills
