Title: Legal Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Handling and assisting the team at various strategic corporate matters, including but not limited to companies’ establishment(s), acquisition(s) and other investment-related transactions.
Advising the company’s daily business activities, including those related to legal operational and licensing, commercial business and procurement.
Day-to-day tasks will include but not limited to conducting legal research, relevant regulatory(ies) monitoring, preparing and/or reviewing agreements, legal memorandums and various other legal documentations.
Qualifications:
Law degree from an accredited reputable school.
One – twoyear of relevant experience in a corporate law firm or reputable company, preferably in roles involving corporate and investment law, contract drafting and review.
Having good knowledge and experience is general corporate law.
Experience in areas such as mergers and acquisition, intellectual property, employment law will be a plus.
Experience in drafting and/or reviewing notarial deeds.
Having knowledge in the FMCG industry will also be a plus.
Familiar with OSS-BKPM.
Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
Strong communication, logical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent proficiency in Indonesian language and professional proficiency in English, speaking and writing with legal fluency.
