Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Associate based in Kochi, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, analyzing legal issues, and supporting the team in ensuring compliance with applicable laws. The role also involves conducting legal research, providing insights, and delivering effective communication on legal matters to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate legal issues and business implications
- Excellent Communication skills for articulating legal concepts clearly and effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Working knowledge of compliance-related regulations and legal procedures is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) is required; advanced certifications are advantageous
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
