Key Responsibility
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of corporate agreements
- Providing legal opinions and advisory support on business and compliance matters
- Handling AML/KYC compliance, including due diligence and regulatory checks
- Assisting with company incorporation documentation across jurisdictions, including preparation, review, and coordination for timely submission
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal and compliance alignment
- Keeping track of regulatory updates and ensuring ongoing compliance
- Supporting documentation, record-keeping, and internal legal processes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in corporate law and compliance
- Basic understanding of AML/KYC frameworks (experience preferred, not mandatory)
- Good drafting and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
