We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Arabic Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team in Dubai. This role is exclusively open to candidates with a (law firm background only) in-house or corporate experience will not be considered).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end litigation matters and legal proceedings
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, notices, and pleadings in Arabic
- Conduct legal research and provide accurate legal opinions
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and court procedures
Requirements
- LLB or equivalent law degree
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience from a law firm only
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker — mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE legal procedures
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage cases in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
