JOB DESCRIPTION
- Draft and review contracts and other legal documents of the Company.
- Provide legal advice and support to relevant departments.
- Support departments in working with regulatory authorities such as SSC, HNX, HOSE, and VSDC.
- Monitor and update regulations & laws.
- Compile, review, and submit periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant authorities.
- Support legal training and the dissemination of relevant laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in law or higher.
- 2–3 years of experience in legal, compliance, or corporate legal advisory; experience in securities, banking, or financial services is preferred.
- Good knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and other relevant regulations; knowledge of securities regulations is preferred.
- Strong skills in drafting and reviewing contracts, legal documents, and conducting legal research.
- Ability to monitor, analyze the impact of new laws and regulations.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with other departments.
