Cana Consulting is partnering exclusively with a law firm in hiring an associate to join the Civil Law Department. This will be an exciting opportunity for lawyers seeking to learn from an established and reputable mentor, as well as to be part of a growing law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, negligence claims, and debt recovery.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, affidavits, and submissions for court proceedings.
Attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Advise clients on litigation strategy, case merits, and dispute resolution options.
Work closely with partners and senior lawyers in complex civil cases.
Manage case files efficiently, ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines.
Requirements:
1–3 years PQE in civil litigation or dispute resolution.
Strong advocacy and drafting skills.
Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and work under tight deadlines.
A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
