Title: Right-of-Way Agent

Responsibilities
85%% of time
Researching existing Easements
Pulling Title and preparing packets to send off to get easements prepared
Working with requesting customers and 3rd parties to answer easement related questions
15% of time
Meeting with 3rd party property owners to notarize their easements.
Qualifications
A minimum of three years experience in surface acquisition;
Intermediate familiarity with computer applications including, Word, Excel and Google Drive;
Ability to prioritize and organize work in order to satisfy project deadlines;
Possess a high level of professionalism and standard of ethics;
Work outside of normal business hours and travel may be required;
Local to operating area or willing to travel to operating area;
Must be a Missouri Notary
Must hold a Missouri Real Estate license
Previous experience in transmission projects is preferred
Current Location Preferred: – Branson, Missouri
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $275.00 – $325.00 per day
