The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced environmental compliance and management consultant to join our leadership team as an Equity Partner. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who wants to:

Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow your practice by leveraging existing client relationships and building new ones.
Lead the delivery of expert environmental compliance and management services to clients across sectors.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, providing strategic guidance on regulatory obligations, risk, and performance improvement.
Mentor and manage high-performing consulting teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
Contribute to AARCHER’s leadership and strategic direction, including service innovation and market expansion.
What We’re Looking For
15+ years of continuous and ongoing experience with an environmental consulting or engineering firm
Expertise in environmental compliance, permitting, or management consulting services
Demonstrated success in developing business through client relationships, proposals, and strategic partnerships
Deep understanding of U.S. environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, state-level) and industry standards
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
