Summary
As a Litigation Paralegal at JBC Lawyers, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys and clients throughout the personal injury claims process. You will be responsible for managing case files, coordinating communication between clients and legal teams, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed promptly and being an integral part of the litigation team. Responsibilities
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Contacting medical providers, to obtain all necessary documentation, insurance companies, and other relevant parties.
Being integrally involved with the litigation process
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards throughout the case management process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in legal writing and document drafting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Personal injury law office experience
Case Management software.
