Trueline’s client, a prominent law firm specializing in real estate and hospitality law, is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their team in California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse real estate transactions and collaborate with industry-leading professionals.
What You’ll Do as the Real Estate Associate:
Assist in negotiating and drafting transactional agreements for various real estate deals
Perform due diligence and help close transactions
Work closely with the firm’s Real Estate Group and Global Hospitality Group
Engage in a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, construction, development, and leasing
Collaborate with partners and contribute to a variety of sophisticated real estate projects
Must-Haves as the Real Estate Associate:
2-4 years of real estate transactional experience
Active California Bar membership
Strong academic background from a well-regarded law school
Experience working in a sophisticated law firm environment
Nice-To-Haves as the Real Estate Associate:
Experience in finance and leasing transactions
Familiarity with hospitality industry-related real estate matters
Knowledge of land use, corporate, tax, labor, or intellectual property law as it relates to real estate
