Job Title: Immigration Attorney

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) cases and experience handling federal lawsuits in the immigration context. Qualifications:

 Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

 Active bar membership in Florida.

 2+ years of experience in immigration law, particularly in drafting legal motions, appeals,

and waivers.

 Strong analytical and research skills.

 Excellent written and verbal communication.

 Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Key Responsibilities:

 Represent clients in Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) cases, including preparing

and filing petitions, handling the adjudication process, and appearing before family court,

immigration courts and USCIS.

 Manage a caseload efficiently of immigration matters involving federal lawsuits,

including challenges to government action or inaction, administrative appeals, and

constitutional claims.

 Prepare legal briefs, motions, and other documents for court filings and administrative

proceedings.

 Conduct legal research and stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and case law,

particularly regarding SIJS and related immigration issues.

 Represent clients in hearings, interviews, and before family and federal courts when

necessary.

 Collaborate gathering necessary evidence and supporting documentation.

 Maintain accurate records of case progress and deadlines.

 Fluent in English and Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,361.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
