Job Description
WARNOCK MACKINLAY LAW, a fast-paced, growing personal injury law firm in Scottsdale, is seeking a full-time personal injury legal assistant. Warnock Mac Kinlay Law values teamwork, critical thinking, and diligence. Candidates for this position must be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of independent time management. Spanish is a plus but not a requirement.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PERSONAL INJURY AND THE LEGAL FIELD.
JOB
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Representing the firm in communication with clients and insurance companies.
Organizing and managing new files.
Working with the paralegal to collect medical records.
Sending letters, documents, and obtaining police reports, medical records, insurance information, etc.
AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:
Spanish fluency or superior proficiency
Team player, strong individual contributor but can also work independently
Excellent writing and oral communication skills
Hard-working, self-starting, and successful in multitasking
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Drop Box, and case management software
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN PERSONAL INJURY LAW AND IN THE LEGAL FIELD.
