About the Role
The firm is looking for associates 2-6 years with relevant experience in leveraged finance, particularly representing borrower-side clients, and fund finance transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who thrive in fast-paced deal environments and want to contribute to complex financings for leading private equity sponsors and investment funds.
What They’re Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school
Strong academic credentials and large firm experience preferred
2–6 years of experience in borrower-side leveraged finance and/or fund finance matters
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
Admission in New York or Washington, DC, or eligibility to waive in
