This role is instrumental in supporting our attorneys by facilitating effective case management, conducting legal research, and ensuring smooth operation of our legal proceedings. As you implement office policies and procedures, your goal will be clear: optimize productivity and provide legal assistance.
Duties:
– Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
– Assist attorneys in gathering and organizing legal documents
– Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
– Greet visitors and provide assistance at the front desk
– File and organize documents, ensuring proper record-keeping
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
– Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
– Coordinate and manage office supplies and inventory
Requirements:
– Los Angeles CA, 90048: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
– Proven experience in legal intakes or a related field
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
