Job Summary
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), and exceptional organizational skills. Responsibilities include attorney support, finalizing transactional and litigation documents, supporting time and expense entry to billing system, maintaining cloud-based documents, answering telephone, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and ordering and stocking office and kitchen supplies. Position also includes front desk coverage and greeting and seating visitors. An ability to prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient and detail-oriented manner is essential.
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant corporate or litigation experience in a law firm
Knowledge of document management systems
Knowledge of legal billing software
Must possess proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic
Superior organizational and technical computer skills
Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients
Strong professional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
