The law firm of Coleman Talley LLP is seeking a legal assistant / paralegal to join our team in our Atlanta (Buckhead) location. Experience with corporate transactions, commercial real estate and/or housing transactions, and litigation is preferred. The successful candidate would have no less than three years’ experience as a legal assistant with experience in commercial transactions and/or commercial litigation. Minimum of associates degree required. Responsibilities include support to legal professionals in various phases of corporate transactions, real estate and commercial litigation.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Possesses a sense of urgency
Works both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, Excel and DocuSign
Self-starter; highly motivated
Detail oriented
High degree of professionalism with strong verbal and written communication skills
