Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant Paralegal located in New York, NY. The Legal Assistant Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, managing communications, and supporting attorneys with various legal tasks. The individual will work closely with attorneys to ensure the efficient handling of legal matters and maintain accurate records and files.
Qualifications
Knowledge in Law and Legal Document Preparation
Strong Communication and Research skills
Proficiency in Document Review
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field
Experience with legal software and case management systems is a plus
