Position Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Attorney who is committed to excellence in every aspect of legal representation. This role is critical to ensuring our clients receive the highest quality legal services at all stages of their case from discovery to trial. The ideal candidate is deadline-driven, organized, and proactive, with strong written and verbal skills.
This position is for someone who wants to learn how to be great—not just good. We’re looking for a person who embraces responsibility, owns their role, and understands the weight of fighting for real people whose lives have been turned upside down. You’ll play a vital part in the firm’s success and in delivering real results for our clients.
You’ll work directly with an experienced personal injury lawyer who would be more than happy to teach somebody who wants to learn by doing.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, classified as non-exempt. Agreed on compensation will be paid out as part of biweekly payroll. This role will be understanding of a lack of direct experience, in exchange for ability to learn and potential. You can therefore expect significant opportunity for growth and hands-on experience that most firms don’t offer until much later in an attorney’s career.
