Biesecker Dutkanych & Macer, LLC represents individuals in disputes with their employers. We are currently seeking an employment law attorney with 0-3 years of experience for our Indianapolis office. A demonstrated interest or experience in employment law is required.

Responsibilities
– Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
– Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
– Assist in preparing for litigation, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
– Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court as needed.
– Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in the field of employment litigation.
– Utilize writing skills to effectively communicate legal arguments and strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
