Must have New Jersey foreclosure process experience.
Position within Legal Operations and Administration that plays a key role with the design of a “best in class” law firm with the highest levels of compliance, efficiency and achievement of both internal and external goals. Responsible for day-to-day operations of foreclosure processing for all functions from referral to sale. Assist with building and managing the day-to-day operations along with a heavy focus on improving systems, process.

Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and understand deadlines
Must be responsible, reliable, detail oriented and capable of working in a team environment.
Client systems BKFS and Tempo
A plus to have experience with the firm’s case management system CaseAware
Experience
Foreclosure Sale experience in New Jersey (REQUIRED)
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
