Position: Legal Assistant in RBC Law Group
Become an essential part of the RBC Law Group in Toronto or Montreal as a Legal Assistant. Support legal intake operations and collaborate with a high-performing team to provide top-notch advisory services.
In this role, you will manage legal intake administration and provide support for Canadian lending and security matters. Your communication skills will shine as you interact with RBC partners across Canada, ensuring effective classification of inquiries and contributing to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage legal inquiries from business partners
• Conduct triage of incoming legal matters
• Track and report monthly on all inquiries
• Support innovative template development for partners
• Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in legal or financial fields
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong judgment
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills
• Experience with T360 or iManage is a plus
