Job Summary
As an IP Associate, you will be responsible for providing legal support and assistance in intellectual property matters. Your role will involve working on a variety of IP-related cases and projects.
Duties
Conduct legal research and analysis in various areas of intellectual property law
Assist in drafting legal documents related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets
Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for litigation and hearings
Review and analyze patent applications and office actions
Communicate with clients regarding case updates and progress
Manage case files and documentation efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $330,000.00 – $430,000.00 per year
