We are a small law firm that handles personal injury cases in New Jersey and New York.
We are looking for someone to handle answering the phone, filing legal documents, drafting HIPAA authorizations, Subpoenas, and requests for records, following up with various providers and entities for copies of records, and related administrative work.
The candidate must have strong organizational skills and be able to independently handle assignments and meet deadlines. We are willing to train you!
The candidate must be able to come to the office 1-2 days a week, and work from home 2-3 days per week, to start. This may be flexible as things progress. Generally looking for someone to work 10am to 3pm, but that also be somewhat flexible as things progress.
Can move to a full time position quickly, if candidate is interested.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
