Become a Legal Process Server!

As Process server you will have the opportunity to make supplemental income while setting your own schedule. Process Servers play a crucial role in the judicial system, delivering and serving legal documents.

Service of Process & Due Diligence

You will print a set of legal documents and attempt to serve the intended party by knocking on doors of homes and gathering information. Ideally the papers are served, but your observations and the information you obtain along the way are equally important!

What to Expect

We will send you job assignments Monday through Friday. Each job consists of a packet of legal documents, the name of the person to be served, and the address to attempt service.

● When you receive your job assignments: Print out the Service Documents.

● Drive to the provided address, knock on the door, and ask the person who answers if they are the intended recipient to be served.

● Once you have identified the party to be served, hand them the documents.

● Enter your attempt (or completion) into your server app.

● Job complete! Move on to the next one, or continue about your day – it’s that easy!

Reliable transportation
Computer and Printer
Smartphone
Valid WA Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance
Washington Process Server Registration – County Auditor’s office, $10 fee
