Job Description
- Conduct legal research on Vietnamese laws, regulations, and industry developments.
- Assist in drafting legal advice, contracts, corporate documents, and other legal materials.
- Support legal due diligence exercises for corporate transactions and investment projects.
- Prepare legal updates, newsletters, client alerts, and presentation materials for seminars and training sessions.
- Assist with regulatory filings and administrative procedures with relevant authorities.
- Work closely with lawyers across multiple practice areas to support client engagements and ongoing matters.
- Maintain legal documentation and support effective knowledge management within the team.
- Undertake additional assignments delegated by Associates and Partners.
The Successful Applicant
- Graduate from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, University of Economics and Law (HCMC), Hanoi Law University, or the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (Hanoi)
- 1-3 years of experience gained within a law firm, in-house legal team, or professional services environment.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and eager to learn from experienced legal professionals.
- A genuine desire to develop a long-term career within an international law firm.
