A highly respected and rapidly growing alternative investment firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior members of its Legal team. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will provide seamless support to senior legal executives while partnering closely with teams across the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple senior executives
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and logistics, including conference rooms and virtual meeting details
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute meeting materials, presentations, and legal documentation
  • Assist with legal, governance, and transaction-related administrative processes
  • Maintain organized records, files, and confidential documentation
  • Support compliance and onboarding-related administrative tasks
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams across investment, operations, investor relations, HR, and legal
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and team initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of executive support experience, ideally within financial services, private equity, investment management, or an in-house legal environment
  • Experience supporting senior executives or legal professionals preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism handling confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
