A leading consumer warranty firm based in Century City is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their Fee Motion team. This is 5 days on site and contract to hire.
Duties
Assist with various legal administrative tasks.
Reach out to clients to engage with them on submitting Discovery Response Questionnaires.
Reach out to clients to receive Repair Orders and Purchase Agreements.
Skillset
Must be bilingual, English / Spanish.
Tech-savvy.
Client facing.
Organized with a proven ability to multi-task.
Previous experience in Salesforce is a plus.
