We are currently recruiting for a proactive and highly organised Legal Assistant to join a busy Dispute Resolution Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast:paced environment alongside experienced legal professionals, supporting a diverse range of cases.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in the smooth running of the department, providing essential support to the legal team.
Preparing and proofreading legal documents
Managing correspondence and handling client enquiries
Maintaining and organising case files
Supporting fee earners with day:to:day administrative tasks
Skills Required
A minimum of 12 months experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary within a law firm
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, case management systems, and digital dictation
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
