We’re a growing Title, Escrow & Settlement Agency looking for an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. If you’re newly licensed or have minimal experience but are eager to build a career in residential real estate law, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing
Draft and review legal documents such as purchase agreements and deeds
Analyze title commitments, surveys, and other due diligence materials
Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and other involved parties
Offer legal guidance on residential real estate matters
Collaborate with management and staff for seamless transactions
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals
Participate in networking, business development, and educational seminars
Requirements:
Active law license in Rhode Island and Massachusetts (preferred)
Note: We’ll cover Connecticut admittance after a certain period with us
Minimal or no experience in residential real estate law? That’s OK!
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time well
Motivated, independent, and able to handle pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel within RI and MA for closings
A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to our firm’s success
