If you are an experienced Legal Assistant with knowledge in this highly specialized area of law, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate service of process
- Prepare and review legal documents
- Organize and maintain accurate and detailed information in the firm’s case management system, Clio
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors
- Monitor and meet strict deadlines
Who You Are
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage foreclosure and creditor’s rights litigation. Law firm or in-house legal department highly preferred
- Understands requirements of each type of service of process (personal, substitute, and constructive)
- Professional, confident communicator
- Meticulous about monitoring and meeting court and client deadlines
- Experienced with default services software or case management software, Clio a strong plus

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
