MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate KYC, due diligence, and compliance-related documentation across multiple jurisdictions
- Liaise with banks, corporate service providers, regulators, and external partners
- Manage corporate secretarial matters, including maintaining corporate records, preparing resolutions, minutes and filings
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for international transactions and internal corporate projects
- Support corporate and legal matters related to vessel-owning structures and shipping operations
- Maintain and organize legal and corporate documentation, including contracts, corporate structures and compliance records
- Collaborate closely with the company's legal team, internal stakeholders, and external partners in Cyprus and abroad
CANDIDATE PROFIL
- EDegree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered as an advantag
- eMinimum 2 years’ experience in a legal, compliance, or corporate support role, with hands-on experience in KYC, due diligence, and compliance processes (mandatory)
