The ideal candidate will be comfortable with using new IT systems and willing to learn but as a minimum you must have experience with Microsoft Office365 applications, and familiar with online banking. All necessary training will be provided to the successful candidate.Â
The RoleÂ
This is an exciting opportunity for a new candidate to join our firm. The successful candidate will be working closely with and reporting directly to the partner. You will be assisting with new client acquisition, preparing client intake and onboarding and act as the first point of contact for clients of the firm. Your role will also involve processing accounts of the firm and liaising with external bookkeepers and accountants.Â
What You Would Do
Assisting with managing the phone system, receiving and placing calls and booking new client appointments.Â
Using precedent documents to prepare and send out new client cost agreements.
Accounts receivable: Recording payments from clients to trust and office accounts.
Assisting with managing the accounts team email inbox.
Accounts payable: Setting up payment of bills.
Invoicing.
