Law Office Records Clerk/Administrative Support
The Records Clerk is primarily responsible for the maintenance of a uniform system of opening, closing, storing and retrieving client files. In addition, the Records Clerk is assigned various other administrative responsibilities that help facilitate operations efficiency, including, but not limited to, receptionist duties, supply inventory, running errands, billing/accounting and secretarial support services. The Records Clerk should possess the following:
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Must have a professional appearance
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
Must have car and good driving record with insurance and registration current at all times
Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior law firm experience desired
