Florida Keys Injury, a boutique personal Injury law firm, is seeking a litigation paralegal.
The applicant will be responsible for filing, preparing discovery, scheduling hearings, and basic motion writing.
The applicant must have at least 1 year pf personal injury litigation experience, although we would love a candidate with 5-10 years of personal injury litigation experience.
The position can be fully remote, except that you MAY have to come into our Key West office periodically as needed (no more than 1x per month).
We are happy to consider a lawyer or non-lawyer for this position.
Please do not apply if you ONLY have pre-suit experience, PIP experience, or work in insurance defense.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
