Job Description:

Responsibilities

Help establish, maintain and participate in Company document management system

Help establish and maintain various Company databases including forms and precedents

Manage contracts; prepare, revise or review agreements, under attorney supervision

Preparing correspondence

Prepare summaries and indexes of agreements

Coordinate and arrange for payment under talent agreements

Process invoices from outside counsel and others

Special projects for SVP and others within the department

Manage calendar for one SVP

Arrange travel and accommodations, process travel expenses, prepare expense reports

Desired Characteristics:

Detail oriented

Independent worker

Self-motivated

Fluency in various computer programs including word, excel and PowerPoint

Experience with database management, electronic filing systems a plus

Qualifications:

4 year college degree or 4 year work experience in a similar position
