Legal Assistant ( Night Shift)Role Summary

  • Job Type: Full-Time (Includes a standard 3-month probation period and structured break schedules)



Job Scope & Objective

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and resilient Legal Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced litigation support team. This is a high-volume, production-driven role where you will serve as a critical part of our professional services support pipeline.

You will be responsible for reviewing extensive documentation, auditing financial accounts, and drafting critical legal correspondence with a strict standard for accuracy.

Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Review & Financial Auditing

  • Review extensive client files, including professional services and financial ledgers, to extract critical transactional and billing data.
  • Perform accurate calculations of billed professional fees, payments, and outstanding balances.
  • Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or calculation errors within complex file packages.

Legal Drafting & Verification

  • Utilize firm templates to rapidly compile verified financial data and claim details into official legal correspondence and demand letters.
  • Cross-check intake assignments against primary records to ensure flawless transcription of sensitive client and account information.

File & Case Management

  • Log case statuses and maintain accurate tracking details within the firm's designated Case Management System.
  • Organize and upload completed drafts and document packages to centralized cloud directories.
  • Collaborate and communicate directly with US-based attorneys and lead paralegals to resolve missing information or file inconsistencies.

Performance Expectations

  • Consistently meet daily processing targets and turnaround times in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a near-zero error rate to ensure all legal documentation meets strict compliance and firm standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Typing speed of 55+ WPM with high accuracy and strong proficiency using keyboard shortcuts.
  • Comfort and proficiency with basic math and manual financial calculations.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word), PDF editing software, and cloud-based file management systems.
  • Excellent professional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Exceptional proofreading skills and the stamina to maintain absolute accuracy during repetitive, high-volume data-entry cycles.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: 60,000 PKR to 90,000 PKR per month (Depending on experience)
