Job Summary
At Park Law Firm our Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and visitors,
providing exceptional customer service in a professional environment. Responsibilities
include answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients, managing appointments,
handling mail, and performing light administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be
organized, able to multitask, and have excellent communication skills. Bilingual
(Spanish) skills are preferred to assist our diverse clientele. Advancement possibilities
are available.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a polite and timely manner.
Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism.
Schedule appointments and manage the firm’s calendar.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, etc.).
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Translate or assist Spanish-speaking clients as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc.).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
