About the role:
Estate Planning and Business Law firm is looking to add another Florida attorney to the practice. Seeking a contract attorney with 2+ years’ experience in drafting will and trust-based estate plans. Part-time only, but potential to turn into a full-time position if desired. Work from home and non-traditional hours, you can draft on your own time. We work primarily through a “virtual” office, utilizing encrypted client portals, web conferences, etc. The firm is also wanting the attorney to handle uncontested probate and trust petitions throughout Florida.
The firm works closely with individuals, families, and their professional advisors in California, Colorado, and Florida to accomplish their personal, financial, and philanthropic goals. The group’s clients include owners of established, privately held, and family-owned businesses; successful entrepreneurs; and professional services practitioners.
Would also like the attorney hired to give seminars and webinars. Marketing materials provided.

Experience: 2+ years of drafting will and trust based estate plans. Experience is a major plus, although we are willing to train the right candidate.
