A rapidly growing personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join its dynamic pre-litigation team. The law firm is dedicated to helping individuals secure justice and fair compensation for their injuries by advocating against negligent parties and predatory insurance practices.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organized, enjoys investigative work, and is passionate about providing outstanding client service. You will play an essential role in gathering critical case information, maintaining case organization, and supporting the team’s efforts to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Legal Assistant Role Overview:

As a Legal Assistant specializing in case intake, you will be responsible for identifying sources of recovery, such as insurance policies, and ensuring our clients have the best chance at receiving the compensation they deserve. This role requires a strong ability to gather factual information, maintain detailed records, and assist with various administrative tasks. Your contributions will directly impact the success of each case and the overall client experience.

Legal Assistant Responsibilities:

Conduct investigations to identify insurance policies or other recovery sources.

Assist in protecting clients from predatory insurance practices.

Gather and document case-related information to support legal teams.

Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic client files.

Enter client information and case details into the system accurately.

Prepare and dispatch initial case-related correspondence.

Legal Assistant Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of law firm experience preferred (personal injury experience is a plus).

Strong proficiency in administrative tasks and computer systems.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Spanish-speaking skills are preferred but not required.
